Welcome to the website of Hope Lutheran Church. Hope Lutheran has been serving Portland - and the surrounding area of Ionia and Clinton counties - since 1965.
Hope's congregation warmly invites you and your family to join us for worship. In worship Christians join together to hear God's word. This strengthens our faith. We also worship to praise and thank God for all the blessings he gives. We are eager to share the message of God's blessings with you.
Hope also offers Bible classes. You can join your children on Christ Light Sundays as they learn about the life and teachings of Jesus our Savior. Teens are welcomed by the Youth of Hope who are "Connecting Sinai to Calvary." Your whole family can enjoy the special strength and guidance that comes from regular study of God's word.
